What’s Included?
Our typical house buyer consultation will include a review of the planning history of the property, an on site meeting to discuss your requirements, and advice on the next steps should you decide to move ahead with the purchase.
We may charge a small fee in accordance with the RIBA fee schedule, however should you complete the purchase of the property and appoint us as your architect we will credit the fee against your fee account. Contact us today for your free consultation.
